Nicklas Salomonson, Ph.D., is Assistant professor in Business Administra tion at the School of Business and Informatics, University of Borås, Sweden. He is also disciplinary coordinator of Business Administration and coordinator for a multi-disciplinary research group (Encounters & Markets Research Group). His research concerns communicative interaction in service encounters, self-service technology, and customer misbehaviour. His research has appeared in book chapters and international research conferences such as QUIS, AMA SERVSIG International Research Conference, International Conference on Services Systems and Services Management, and eChallenges. He has received a post-doc scholarship from Jan Wallanders and Tom Hedelius Research Foundation and led several externally fi nanced research projects.
