Joachim Scholderer, Ph.D.(Econ.), MSc(Psych.), is professor of Marketing Research at Aarhus School of Business, Aarhus University. Joachim is a strong believer in cross-disciplinary research. His work has been published in consumer research journals (e.g., Advances in Consumer Research, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Economic Psychology), public policy journals (e.g., Journal of Consumer Policy, Journal of Public Aff airs), sensory and food science journals (e.g., Appetite, British Food Journal, Food Quality and Preference, Innovative Food Science and Emerging Technologies, Meat Science, Trends in Food Science and Technology), and risk assessment journals (e.g., Analytica Chimica Acta, Food and Chemical Toxicology, Human and Ecological Risk Assessment, Journal of Risk Research, Risk Analysis). In 2005, he received the Danish Business Research Award for his work.
