Eva Magnus is Assistant Professor in Occupational Therapy at Sør- Trøndelag University College in Trondheim, Norway. She graduated as occupational therapist in 1976 and has completed a masters degree in health sciences. Major research interests are people’s everyday lives, disability, gender and health, with a focus on activity experiences and what causes barriers in participation. Over the past few years she has taken part in a Scandinavian occupational sciences network researching students’ activity patterns, using a time geographic method, and she plans to do a similar project focusing on the everyday life of disabled students in higher education.
