Kaj Hobér is partner at Mannheimer Swartling and professor of international investment and trade law at Uppsala University. He has acted as counsel and arbitrator in several hundred international arbitrations, including numerous investment treaty arbitrations. He is the author and editor of several books and articles on international arbitration and international investment and trade law. He has been heavily involved in the legal aspects of doing business, as well as in legislative reforms, in Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union for the last 25 years.
