Petteri Repo Ph.D. (Econ.) is Head of Research at the National Consumer Research Centre in Finland and associate professor at the Aalto University School of Economics. His current research interests include user participation in product development, consumer use of web services, and policy issues relating to consumption. His research has appeared in journals such as Journal of Consumer Policy, Technology Analysis & Strategic Management, Human Technology, and Journal of Usability Studies. He is co-editor of the book Domestication of Innovations (in Finnish).
